Our second performance is WEDNESDAY, December 1st at Festival of Trees. This is also located at the South Towne Expo Center. Dancers need to be to the Expo by 3:00 and the performance is at 3:50. Dancers are free to enter into the Festival. All spectators including parents must purchase a ticket. Kids 2 and under are free. We are asking that you purchase your discount entrance in advance through the studio. This ensures our spot for future performances at the Festival. Adults are $4 and children ages 2-11 are $2.50. Please get back with Rachelle and let her know how many tickets you would like to purchase. The order and money needs to be there no later than Friday, October 22nd. If you purchase your tickets in advance they are for discounted price and this ensures you and family members to not have to wait in line and risk the chance of missing your dancers performances.
Please be sure to plan enough time for parking and walking into the building. Dancers need to have their hair and make up done by the time they arrive to the Expo Center. Please do not allow your dancers to wear their dance shoes outside in the parking lot coming in. Dancers should have enough time to get into their costumes at the Expo Center. Company Dancers must be in their warm ups when coming to any performances. If your dancers does not have Dolce warm ups , then please have them wear all black when coming to the performances.

October Fun
During the week of October 25-30, dancers may dress up in their Halloween costumes for dance. We will still be having dance but we will be having some Halloween Fun along with dance. If you would like to send your dancer with treats for their class, you may do so as well. This is not required, but if you would like to, please free to do so.
Dancers Shoes
Please make sure that your dancers names are on their shoes. It can be inside or on the bottom. Wherever it can be seen. It is tough with little ones when there are a lot of them with lots of different shoes to try to find the owner of the shoes.
Accounts
Rachelle will be sending out financial statements to everyone to let you know where you are with your account. If you money, please get that to the studio as soon as possible.

We are still missing some registration forms and money. If you have not turned in your form and money please do so as soon as possible.
